About Beau Ulrey
Beau Ulrey uses empathy and good design to help people reach their goals. His primary goal as a designer is to be a good host—to uncover what people need, allowing the user to feel at home in a product or walking through a space.
He spent 5 years at IBM applying design thinking and data to help companies find the best talent and to guide employees to learn and grow. He now leads a team with U.S. Bank building a design system to serve as a tool that enables designers and developers to tackle larger problems in the financial space.
